2018 PCOS Awareness Weekend - Orlando

PCOS Cystas

We created "PCOS CYSTAS" because we've encountered many women of color who have been diagnosed with PCOS. They have been afraid to speak up or participate in any PCOS-related events because of the "stigma" that PCOS has caused with friends and family. You are not alone and you don't have to be afraid any longer. We have PCOS but PCOS does NOT have us.

Please join us in helping PCOS Challenge: The National Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Association in the fight against PCOS.

PCOS affects up to 15% of women and can lead to infertility, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer and life-long complications. It is one of the most critical, underfunded and neglected areas of health.

Our team is excited to be participating in the 2018 PCOS Challenge 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, September 23rd at Harbor Park at Lake Baldwin in Orlando, Florida. We hope you can join us for the event or donate to support us and women and girls affected by PCOS.

Your support will make a huge difference in the lives of tens-of-thousands of women as proceeds from the PCOS Challenge 5K Run/Walk will go toward PCOS research, health screenings, grants, education and support programs, as well as increasing awareness and public support for those with polycystic ovary syndrome. Your support will help improve health outcomes, health management and quality of care for women with PCOS.

You can help in two ways:

  1. Join us by participating in the 2018 PCOS Challenge 5K Run/Walk.
  2. Help us reach our goal by making a donation to our team or individual fundraising pages.

Your consideration is greatly appreciated. Together we make a big difference!
